Staff

  • Remo has been on our staff since January 2003 as a medical and office assistant. He is a retired school teacher and principal, and now is enjoying new adventures in the medical field. Remo is responsible for our Dr. Comfort shoe orders, patient care, autoclave maintenance and managing invoices. He also assists in office maintenance and repairs. On his days off, Remo enjoys hunting, golf and travel.

  • Doreen is our assistant office manager and medical assistant. She has been part of our office since January 2006. Doreen is a licensed veterinary technician who left the field after thirteen years to pursue a more "human" side of medicine. Doreen's main responsibilities include patient care, patient and surgical scheduling, charting, ordering supplies, developing x-rays and coordinating insurance claims. Doreen's hobbies include reading, gardening, golf and swimming.

  • Debbie is part of our staff as a medical and office assistant since July 2004. She obtained her certification as a LPN in 1973 and really enjoys working directly with the patients. Her primary responsibilities on our team are patient care, instrument sterilization, ordering supplies, charting, patient and surgical scheduling and x-ray developing. In her spare time, Debbie enjoys quilting, shopping, gardening, jet skiing and spending quality time with her family.

  • Shelby has been with us since May 2007. She is a recent graduate of Iroquois Central and currently attends Erie Community College. Shelby is pursuing her Associates Degree in Computer Science and then wishes to further her education at the University of Buffalo. Her responsibilities as a medical and office assistant include patient care, charting, writing prescriptions, developing x-rays and other administrative duties. When Shelby is not assisting us, she enjoys volleyball. She has played for eight years on a variety of teams and in 2007, she was ranked 1st in the nation for aces in Division III for ECC. Her other interests include computers, shopping and spending time with family and friends.

  • Lorraine joined our team in January 2004. She is a retired secretary to the Director of Human Resources at the West Seneca Development Center and maintains a position as our secretary & office manager. Lorraine's day focuses on scheduling patient appointments, collection procedures, medical billing, and the general overseeing of all office policies and procedures. When Lorraine is not at the office, she spends her time on the golf course, traveling, sewing and reading.
